Cobra 1925
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
Valentino really deserves all the lore and fawning over decades after his untimely death. “Cobra” was his second to last film, released the same year as his passing. The Colossus of New York 1958
Was wishing for more New York City location shots. Story is weak, though a few good visually pleasing camera angles and very early visual effects for 1959. Licorice Pizza 2021
I usually don’t enjoy films with no traditional plot, but here goes PTA making a film so personally innocent I couldn’t help but let myself go as it unfolds. Would really like to experience it again. Pretty charming leads in their debut feature film roles. Little sad only maybe 2 or 3 score cues are in the whole film but BOY do they make their mark! PTA for the win!
