Wow wow wow
This film was so boring and painful and uncomfortable to watch and that’s what makes it so genius, Chantal Ackerman grips you from the very beginning and somehow manages to keep your attention despite absolutely nothing happening for nearly 3 and a half hours. I love this film, and I love mothers and women.
