  same boyfriend who did not know the ending of fight club also somehow did not know the ending of this movie 😭😭 “James Cameron really decided to make the saddest movie of all time, huh?” Like… Yes !

  okay so yes of course this was incredibly fun and hilarious but what i didn’t really expect is how hard it tapped into some deep feminine pain i’ve held within me since i was a little girl. i cried like a baby through almost the entire thing. i’m at the airport right now and am now crying a bit again just thinking about it. reminded why we as humans need to make movies. 
  now to make my mom go see it with me!

  Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023

  fucking phenomenal and mind blowing (the art styles!!!! oh my god the art styles!!!!) but the choice to split it into 2 was…. idk interesting. not a bad idea in and of itself and obviously not unheard of but the way it was executed was really unsatisfying to me personally. still 5 stars. still thrilled. but (in my opinion) such an unsatisfying way to halt an otherwise incredibly crafted narrative & film.
