This movie was long, yes, I know. I was a lil achy by the end.
But I was surprised at how the perspective almost felt neutral…as if it didn’t want to tell you how wrong this situation was. It tempted the question of if Ernest knew and understood what he was doing, as if he could have been too dim witted to be held accountable.
