I wanted to like this more than i did. Regardless, very hilarious, extremely camp. My pet peeve is when someone’s go to complaint about a movie is that it’s “unrealistic”. Sometimes that is the whole point, and it rocks.

Romy and Michele's High School Reunion 1997
Rewatched this for the first time since middle school and it is so incredibly hilarious. I wish griffin was in the room because the whole movie sounded like a conversation we were having. I miss this era of female comedy (ex. Jawbreaker, Drop Dead Gorgeous). In general i feel a lot of “comedy” branded movies these days are very slapstick and have the same rotating cast of white guys. I need something fresh, something that passes the Bechdel test
