  The set and costume design here are perfect. I felt like I lived in the movie and when I left the cinema was disappointed with the reality of outside. From the coffee-and-newspaper cluttered New York apartments to Bob Dylan's disgusting fingernails, the experience of Bob's signature atmosphere is there.

  On reflection I think that is what the movie is really about, too. The atmosphere of it all. Really, scenes just happen, and events and dates are muddled, and the songs…
