  I saw this tonight at an Alamo Drafthouse. It has long been a favorite but seeing it on the big screen with a bunch of other sickos who like this movie really drove home how utterly unhinged this movie really is, in the absolute best way. What a fucking work of art.

  This movie only exists because of the rampant disease of toxic, entitled fandom culture and does not deserve any further critical examination beyond that.

  An unbelievably disappointing follow-up to the superb Avengers: Infinity War, I'll just name just three things that deeply bothered me about this movie. It:

  - criminally underutilizes Captain Marvel (Brie Larson), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), and Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), to name just a few;
  - gives Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) a VERY unearned ending at the expense of a female character; and
  - uses a fatsuit on Thor (Chris Hemsworth) to make a ton of horrendous fat jokes.

  Paul Rudd whips ass as Ant-Man though.
