Henry James' Pyscho.
A few glimpses of the directorial talent to come but mostly boring as shit.
Intimately scaled crime drama, predictable down to the quiet beats but well performed and directed.

It is genuinely astounding how much information kids can communicate about their upbringing and their culture with a couple of simple sentences and a crayon drawing.
Wee bit gutted about this one. Never quite lives up to its own ambition.
There's a lot of breathtaking action that lives up to the hype, practical effects and stunts galore, great performances (although Kenneth Branagh is woefully miscast) and a banging score can't save it from feeling like a convoluted, at times pretentious, sprawl.
