It is actually just a painfully dull Bond film, some decent bits of action here and there but 2 hours and 10 minutes is excessive for a largely unstimulating dump taken on the Soviet Union for 90% of the run time.
James Bond does drift a tank and has some funny quips with Q though so overall 3 stars.
