It’s something… not very good sadly, but it’s something for sure.
There are flashes of greatness — I can imagine a version of this that dialed up some wackiness and self aware humor in the vein of Total Recall (which happened to come out the same year), and I like what I’m imagining. Come for the stop motion robots, stay for the stop motion robots 🦾🗿🦾

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny 2023
Not quite bad, but not clever or inspired enough to justify the attempt. Often felt like it was just rushing from story beat to CGI-heavy action sequence to story beat despite clocking in at almost an hour longer than Raiders of the Lost Ark. A lot of “don’t think about it” moments and unresolved ideas.
