  Whatever this movie had going for it, was not enough gas to get where it was going. Imagine a Space Race Down with Love if you will. That's what we could have had. Channing Tatum was NOT right for this role and the chemistry between him and Scarlett was weak at best.

  No, I don't find brown water to be aesthetically pleasing.

  Such a cute movie. Studded with authentic, tender moments and comic beats. I was so impressed with the performances of the young actresses, especially Emma Galbraith. I feel like teenage girls, despite all of their various insecurities, have a way of being so specifically self-assured about certain things and this whole thing felt like that.

  Wow the power of cinema the power of dance the power of song the power of friendship!!!!!! A very powerful movie!! I really enjoyed the narrative structure. The two leads were very get you a man who can do both like doing their musical numbers and then also Rambo style action. So dynamic. 

  I wish there was some kind of companion text or like historical pop up videos. I could tell this was a rich text and I was missing a lot of context. Still it speaks to the strength of the film that it wasn't necessary and the movie was so good without it.
