What a vile, obnoxious, sick, repulsive piece of trash. And what a gift to the world it is.

Actually seeing $320 million in cash would have impressed me more than this movie.

A deliciously intoxicating espionage thriller about the domestic lives of people who lie and deceive for a living; think Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? meets True Lies.

The film is kind of weighed down by having to include plot stuff that was hard to keep up with. But whenever it focused solely on the dynamics between each of these duplicitous characters, it flourishes so beautifully you can't help but get a little giddy.

Fassbender, Abela and Burke rock. This was my jam!

What immediately took me by surprise was how this film turned from this glitz and glam wish-fulfilment fantasy into a comedy that felt like a Gen-Z Howard Hawks screwball farce. Your chest tightens, but you never know whether it is from anxiety or laughter.

What an absolute riot. Sexy without ever feeling exploitive, and such an impressive feat balancing slapstick humour with emotional depth. Even when it feels repetitive, it never stalls.

By staring into the eyes of Mikey Madison, you see purity and a fire that not a lot of other talents have. She has something very special.

If what you are hoping to get out of this is fun, mega-monster mayhem that will appeal to your lizard brain, then this is the movie for you! Does it make a lick of sense? Nope. It is complete and utter nonsense. But it is the kind of nonsense that I live for.

Could have used a bit more Godzilla though. He is sidelined for majority of the movie. However, where he chooses to nap is one of the most adorable things he has ever done.
