First half way better than the second half. I would have liked more mystery and less cgi with the gorge hollow men, or an army of Kevin bacons with rapey intentions. Visually amazing. I was seriously captivated by the cinematography more than I’ve been in what seems like a decade. Trent Reznor is one of my favorite musicians of all time and I am so sad to say this score was a bit boring and didn’t capture the emotion of the picture. Maybe I’ll watch this again in a couple years and completely reverse all these sentiments…I’m a moron.
