  i last watched trigun's 90s series like 5 years ago & it was so wonderful till the rushed finale. you kind of get the impression vash must be like asexual or something. but then you watch this and you have to watch the most insufferable 5-minute segment of him trying to flirt with some lady & it adds nothing. plot & twist follow predictable patterns for these short little slices of a fuller story. you can call how the pieces all fit together…

  Craziest part of this is everything I am about to say is completely and utterly genuine. Like I really mean it all. Yes even the part where I say this is a comforting movie somehow. It's like the sort of movie that you can't ever be invested in. the only way you'll ever enjoy this is by watching it, knowingly, as a movie. I mean you can be invested in it but you can't, like, get zoned in, you know?…
