  i love all the foreshadowing and how it all just ties together so well. 

  also funny how it’s a pretty accurate representation of all the stereotypes of a young american in europe (who meets a stereotype of a french woman), but not so much that it feels fake, ahhhh i love love

  I’m glad my philosophy degree has some use, now I need a physics degree. 

  It could’ve been the sound mixing but it also didn’t help I couldn’t understand some of the dialogue and I missed the first 10 minutes. Definitely could’ve been postponed and it would’ve done well, even if it’s not his best.

  if call me by your name was a horror film 

  truly wish i went in with different expectations, which i imagine is going to happen to a lot of casual viewers of this film!

  maybe it’s because i saw his susperia remake too recently but some sound and editing choices really reminded me of it in this film, and even the distinct directing and editing choices Luca makes (helped by seeing challengers recently too) made me like this film more…
