High and Low had me enthralled. There will several points in the film which I thought I figured it out, and yet I was wrong every time. It wasn't that it was trying to deceive the viewer, it just was excellent are creating turns in the film to keep you tied in. Other thoughts:

Killers of the Flower Moon 2023
Scorsese did it again. Killers of the Flower Moon will end up being an important film in the American History genre. Seeing a movie run time of 206 minutes is very intimidating, but Killers of Floor Moon was methodically a great slow burn that made me not even think about the run time. Lily Gladstone is rightly getting a ton of praise for her performance, but I think Robert De Niro performance needs praise. He was so evil, yet says enough to convinces himself he is good. Though just one person, he embodies so many events and people that pop up in American history.
