  This is my kind of heist film even though it has me fucked up by the end. Queen Latifah is fine as hell and I'd go butch4butch for a girl like Cleo any day.

  I couldn't tell you what this is about except I love it visually and the sfx are pretty good for the time and budget. It helped that Jennifer Connelly is there though would have been much better if her character was actually fleshed out. But I am a simple man and if you give me a late 90s grimy sci-fi with blue/green lighting I am at least going to give it a shot.
