the poster looks like one of those low budget made-for-tv love triangle flicks your fave did twenty odd years ago that you haven't been able to find anywhere and it seems like you'll never get to see it in your lifetime unless a miracle happens then suddenly one day it does when tubi comes through with the goods! and your completionist goals are within reach. i am intrigued.
i'm sick of mcu style comedy but apart from that aspect the electric state has a certain charm to it. i love the robots, the cast is excellent, keats being introduced while mother by danzig plays is inspired, and who knew that all chris pratt had to do to hold my interest is look a little bit like patrick swayze in point break? 😂
