Fell asleep the first time I watched it a few years ago, so the only thing I could remember was that there was a dark secret and a plot twist.
Now I need to watch it again to see all the hints I've missed.

Science stuff is not sciencing. Not even remotely. Doc Ock inventing the most mind-blowing attachable arms with cutting-edge technology (that wasn't even explained), just to use them for what? Holding the sun in the palm of his hands?? He could've sold them to heart- or neurosurgeons, or even to space stations, could've revolutionized arm prosthetics. But they were just a means to an end?? For a ridiculous depiction of nuclear fusion???

I was waiting so long for a movie like this! Just animals, no speech.
Each member of the gang has their own character. They're all very expressive and they grow easily on your heart.
There were some very confusing plot points that are open to interpretation, which make you think about the film long after it has ended.
The cinematography and the animation are top tier. So so amazingly beautiful.Fuck them dogs tho.

This is such an iconic and fun movie. Have watched it probably 4 times already as a kid/teenager, but had the feeling that it was worse than I remembered.
But thankfully, I was wrong!
The music is still slappin', the action is still thrillin', Keanu and Sandra are still so good and cute together. What a power couple.
(We don't question some of the physics that were happening tho.)PS. It's funny now to see how Keanu's acting hasn't really changed that much lol.
