  Joe Bob Briggs once stated that some scenes in Suburban Roulette felt real. I know what he means. There are moments in Herschell Gordon Lewis' wife swapping epic that look and sound authentic. The dialogue and performances hit upon a note that has a sense of legitimacy and the couples get involved with wife swapping for convincing reasons. None of this is to say Suburban Roulette is good.
