  While watching some of this at the MOMA I heard two older woman next to me discussing it. “Gosh I have such a mask fetish.” Yknow I think thats a perfect way to discuss Eisenstein’s study of montage. Hide the story through a series of pieces segmented together in a logical formation. Much like the physical act of making a mask. So, yeah, Eisenstein=mask fetish. Go figure.
