    Not up there with Heat or Miami Vice nevertheless still recognisably Mann doing what he does — in a cheesy and sloppier fashion. 

    Occasionally drifts into 4am at the afters level mudslinging dressed up as dialectics of moral philosophy. But really it only glows in those supreme shots of DTLA at night.
