This was so sick. Enjoyed this one much more than The Hobbit (1977). At times very beautiful and at times hideous, always cool as fuck to look at. Perfect movie to smoke weed to, bring back rotoscope. Only complaint is why is Sam the only ugly hobbit?

The plot is very special to me for obvious reasons *cough*🏳️⚧️*cough*. There are such tender scenes I never considered I’d see on film- the mutually embarrassing admiration watching a loved one try on their first dress/suit/pair of earrings/etc, for example.
