I find this movie highly upsetting and I can't hate it because there is such a cool vision there but it has fucked up my vibes so massively I fear I cannot love it.

I've sat on my couch for a while trying to find the words for this movie but I think the only short way to describe it is enraging, purposefully unsatisfying, and bleak. It's not my favorite movie of the year for a variety of reasons but I think it has the most to say, and I've never hoped Scorsese got to make more movies than I do now.
