  Barbenheimer underwhelmed as a whole, but Oppenheimer held up its end of the deal. The more I’ve sat on this movie, the more connections and little details I’m discovering. The parallel paths and ultimate outcomes of Strauss vs. Oppenheimer directly mirror that of World War II. A Nolan classic of beginning with the end tied the whole story together perfectly. Seeing Rodrick, Josh, Hughie, Will Stronghold, and Bernard the Elf as the nation’s top intellectuals was fun for all audiences…
