Pattinson shines but every other element falls flat. Constantly tries to be funny but I only laughed once. Completely devoid of subtlety, it feels like BJH is literally looking at you and going "Do you get it? Do you get it?" Had low expectations after the trailer and was still disappointed. Can't believe this is made by the same guy who made Parasite.

It was pretty good. We watched it in History class. Ryan Gosling is bad at football.

First for Charlie: definitely one of the greats

Now the actual review: A masterpiece. It has great characters. And the score is so good. The best score in a movie that isn't by my four favorite composers (Justin Hurwitz, John William's, Ennio Morricone, and Hans Zimmer). It is very unique and abstract. The best example I have found for "It's not just a movie, it's an experience". Hayao Miyazaki is a genius. Almost every idea is so original and feels so fresh. Wonderfully written, this is easily the greatest animated film I have ever seen.
