Red Rooms 2023
24 hours later and I’m still troubling over what Red Rooms is *about* - not its plot but what it’s trying to say with its icy heroine who only seems to warm up under the gaze of an accused serial killer.
I’ve read some commentary linking it to true crime obsessive but Red Rooms seems to be tracking in something singular: a desire to not only observe spectacle but to be inside of it.
