Basically an over-produced Lifetime movie with a sense of humor/self-awareness about the melodramatics. Calling itself a comedy seems like a stretch to me especially since it was basically impossible to watch this without thinking about the Mary Kay Letourneau / Villi Fualaau story, which, like everyone, I’m fascinated by. I read their Wikipedia pages during the film and watched some Barbara Walters interviews after for extra pervert points
