We’re just a couple of no name slobs who don’t belong to anyone: and you’re all rats and superrats.

Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler

    ★★★

About as much substance as Coolers new design.
Almost all of the cast doesn’t need to be there, why does Vegeta show up? That isn’t remotely explained. Why’s Cooler enslaving the Namekians?
The plot is paper thin, it’s borderline transparent. I do like that the concept of metal cooler probably led into the whole Androids and Cell inspiration. Focusing on robotics and regeneration and stuff like that.
Cooler is still cooler than Janemba, but he’s less cool when he’s metal.

Harlan is found dead and the police believe it’s an open and shut case of suicide. However world famous detective Benoit Blanc is hired because someone suspects foul play.
It’s a bit of a rollercoaster this one, lots of twists and turns for sure. I did predict what would happen in the end, but the manor of it was rather interesting. The film at times felt like…
