  Operates on several levels higher than even the other four greatest of all time films released in the same year. An all time script ripped straight out of the 70’s - you could picture Newman or Redford in this thing - and Clooney is just that classic man out of time doing work that just won’t be possible from the generations after him if we’re being honest. I don’t see how we ever get back to a movie like this.

  I can’t say I have any interest in the larger discussion of the real life events and ramifications that this film explores and contends with; I would leave that to those more politically and morally steadfast and involved than I. I’d rather focus on the filmmaking of Christopher Nolan; a director consistently manipulating time — and you.
