Drive was my favourite film of 2011. I saw it twice theatrically and would have seen it for a third time were it not for unforeseen circumstance. The second time I saw it I noticed something and thought it was a continuity problem. On my third viewing, on Blu-ray, I confirmed what I had seen but realised it was an intentional film making choice.

Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) 2014
I think Birdman is a masterpiece.
All the actors are exceptional but Keaton and Norton standout.
The direction and writing are pitch perfect.
I wish I'd seen this during the Christmas release in London so I could have had it as my number one film of 2014. I'm not quite sure if anything can beat this in 2015.
It is vicious and unrelenting, it never waivers for a second.
