Man guy ritchie has been on a down hill since The Gentlemen
This movie was painfully boring. A glorified walking simulator, filled with flashback montages to previous scenes we already saw, 30 mins of jake gyllenhaal crashing out in a garage, and odd homo erotic sexual undertones layering the whole thing.
The plot armour that John n ahmed have is stupid. The Taliban make stormtroopers look like FPS russia. Why is Ahmed so good at everything??? He is just a translator!!
So much shit going on in this film. Everything is random but yet so rewarding. I haven’t seen a more campy movie since a 90’s godzilla film.
I can only imagine how excited Quentin was for certain scenes. Like a kid in a candy store.
This movie is so shit on so many levels. the fact that its a semi-majority Canadian cast cannot save it.

The editing of this film is filled with so much obstreperous garbage that hurts the eyes.
This film plays at like 1.5x speed. Every character walks, talks and dances like a finance bro walking out of a bathroom at an AP. ITS FUCKED.
The concept of this film will never not be funny. Do you think the rat would help Alfredo Linguini lay pipe to colette??? Would Alfredo Linguini endeavor to wear the chef hat during sex???
These are the questions that bring me back to this film.
