Spectre 2015
3-3.5/5
Loved the stunts, Blofeld reveal, Andrew Scott as C (what isn’t he good in???) and Dave Bautista, as well as the subtle nods to many other Bond movies. The pacing feels a little off, but I still enjoyed this entry in the Bond universe. I like that the Daniel Craig Bond films have their own arc, too. Also this film has some of the coolest sunglasses I’ve ever seen. 😎Translated from by -
Flight 2012
3.75/5
Simple but effective. A story of recovery and rolling airplanes, what a wild pair. My husband told me I had to watch it because of my interest in aviation and it didn’t disappoint. Genuinely enjoyed this movie and it’s well-cast with John Goodman just about stealing the entire film (as usual).Translated from by

Wise Guy: David Chase and The Sopranos 2024
We watched the 2-part version that is available to stream on HBO Max. If you’re a Sopranos fan (we are - it’s definitely a top 3 favorite show for me) then you’ll eat this right up. I do think this could have worked well as an even…

Casino Royale 2006
EXCELLENT film. Absolutely loved it. I had never seen this one before (what rock was I living under when this came out???!!) and every ounce of hype and positive comment I have read is well deserved. The airport and tarmac fight is a 10/10, Eva Green and Jeffrey Wright are PERFECTION... I love Daniel Craig as Bond and really enjoy the darker take on Bond, a bit Timothy Dalton-esque in nature but Craig also takes Bond to his own unique level. Easily a top 3 Bond film for me.
