  Really pretty film and an emotionally complex story. Joaquin is great at these wounded characters. All the actors were amazing. It was a very theatrical portrayal of anxiety and family trauma. You are placed in Beaus head as all his mental illness and gaslighting confusion is dramatized it a fantastical way. 

  Don’t know how it ended cause it was triggering and also 3 hrs of intensely uncomfortable happenings.

  Those sirens turned him into a horny toaddd

  They win and lose it all like 7 times (real). The odyssey inspiration makes for a fun journey with multiple obstacles and villains.

  The cinematography was also just great. Love when movies use different coloration throughout. It was impressive how seamlessly it transitions from the sepia ish to full color.
