super cute and impressive to have character development with no words but…I feel I was missing something. IMO would’ve been perfect as a short film, even at under 90 minutes it felt a bit slow and repetitive. I was surprised at all the 5 star ratings, but I think it’s just cat people rallying around the first cute cat movie out of 100 dog ones.

lates 90s and early 2000s were really firing off anti-system bangers. watching this 25 years after release some of the scenes seem a bit over the top or cheesy, but then I remember that’s bc other action movies have been ripping this movie off for that whole time. plus, absolutely fire outfit inspo across the board.
