Eraserhead 1977
what an insane first movie for David lynch to put out, what the hell goes on in that brain. can’t say I really enjoyed the movie, but the goal of making me uneasy and stressed was achieved so I have to give credit for that. the score/sounds were the perfect amount of creepy for the plot and the cinematography was great, particularly for a full on black/white movie.
That said, I’m never recommending this movie to someone who doesn’t at least pretend to be into “films”

super cute and impressive to have character development with no words but…I feel I was missing something. IMO would’ve been perfect as a short film, even at under 90 minutes it felt a bit slow and repetitive. I was surprised at all the 5 star ratings, but I think it’s just cat people rallying around the first cute cat movie out of 100 dog ones.

The Wild Robot 2024
