This is truly a fantastic performance by Jonathan Majors, there is no denying that. I just really couldn’t get into the rest of it… actually I wouldn’t say that, but rather that the pieces were there and that some didn’t fit.

I really enjoyed this one. Got to see with my dad and that’s always cool. A solid mystery here that in most ways I think sticks the landing, but in others I’m not so sure. DEFINITELY not the scariest movie. Not even by a mile so please don’t expect that. Very tense, but not scary. Nicolas cage is very creepy as long legs and I wasn’t expecting his performance to work, but it surprisingly did. I wish the 3rd act…

I really gotta stop picking the saddest movies to watch before bed. It was legitimately between this and Cat in the hat. Bought this a while ago, but Paul mescal was nominated for best actor today so I chose this. I don’t even know what to say.
