On the rewatches, this movie is still pretty surreal. One of the more rawer films I’ve ever seen. Direction, editing and plot were so different and really kept you intrigued. Academy Award winning actress Mikey Madison is everything in this movie. Her performance, work and dedication to this film is what made Anora the success and big winner that it was last Sunday. Raunchy, hilarious, complex and tragic is what Ms. Madison gave the world, along with two great performances…

As a major Transformers fan, I usually eat up anything that they put out on the big screen but I am so glad to say that this is not only a good movie but one of the best of the year. Transformers One hits on all the emotional cues for a film, it goes from a fun buddy cop story into the tragic ending of a brotherhood. The voice acting in this was surprisingly really good. Hemsworth and Tyree Henry are…

Honestly probably would hit the points it wanted to if this had a better filmmaker. Some of the worst direction and storytelling I’ve seen in a movie. Some great needle drops tho especially the credits.

Selena Gomez was racist as fuck in this…

Also hearing Ellie Goulding’s Lights on the big screen was worth sitting through the 94 minutes of this slop.

This movie was sleek as hell and why is Tom Burke always fucking with young hoes in every movie I see him in?

Third watch for me so it’s time to highlight somethings. Obviously a masterpiece, Dune part one was definitely just the beginning and part two was an epic conclusion to the first book. Villeneuve cements himself as one of the greatest directors of our generation (to the wider audience). Timothee puts together his greatest performance to date. The growth and character arch he goes through in both parts is truly a joy to watch. Rebecca Ferguson was stellar as well, her…

First time I saw this was on HBO Max, and I knew it was a mistake shortly after, finally seeing this on the big scene in IMAX gave me a whole new appreciation for this. The world building really is incredible, the different scenes and effects/cinematography are really breathtaking. Very solid performance from everyone, Chalamet as the lead really did standout. This movie was truly meant to be seen in IMAX and now I’m even more excited to see Part 2.
