  Huh. It’s clear that whoever wrote this film is unaware of how video games or drugs work in the slightest. Most of this thing was shot like a bad Saw movie. Some words I would use to describe this movie are: corny, meta, convoluted, nonsensical, bland, cliche, and cringey. Lots of bad acting to enjoy in this one. The cherry on top is the fact that it has a “none of this ever really happened” ending. I wish this were only bad enough to be entertaining and a fun rewatch on occasion, but unfortunately it’s bad enough to just be a mostly uninteresting film.

  This movie was uh… it was something. First of all, it’s a mystery movie that’s lacking much mystery. There’s an item revealed halfway through the movie, and from that point forward you pretty much know who the murderer is. There’s also about a half hour of setup before the supposed mystery even starts.

  This film does flashbacks with added context like the first movie did, but the flashbacks in this one end up feeling a lot more…
