Vampires vs. the Bronx 2020
Has some other vampire media references and touches on gentrification a bit. I saw another description where it kind of gets compared to Lost Boys. I wouldn't take it seriously, it's one of those films you still want to watch at the spooky time of year (or anytime of year if you just like consuming vampire related media.)
