  I saw a review that said we were only told that these people love each other and not shown why, and I wondered if I agreed. The relationships seemed to lack grounding, but maybe that’s the point? Maybe that’s the only way to express the special love we feel sometimes that can only be explained through unknown past experiences. Or maybe because it’s not love towards Hae Sung as a person that Nora has, but rather he represents a longing…

  Amazing body horror and costume design, but really that’s the best part of the film. Saw another review saying it felt like a 30 minute short film stretched to feature film length and I completely agree. The themes are pretty shallow honestly and yet are drawn out for far too long. Fun watching in a full theatre but a decent concept for me didn’t translate into a good watch.
