Waited too long to see this. Felt like it was made for me. Will be forever haunted by their overlaid faces. Taylor walked out of the theater ready to call CPS.

I know most audiences will not have the stomach for this kind of wretched soul searching or subconscious jump scare, but for me, for me it is extremely Good.
Sculpted with light. Powerfully acted. Faces – and profiles – made for the big screen. Two and a half hours squeezed into 83 minutes (seriously!?).
It’s about the cinema AND duality, what more could you ask for?
Big. Heavy. Raw. Surprisingly funny.
Don’t know if I’ve ever seen a 3+ hour film that so consistently captivates, never rushes and rarely drags.
Multiple shots that would be filler for lesser directors were instead treated with such care and precision as to illicit deep emotions, even just minutes in.
A massive undertaking I feel lucky to have experienced in theaters.
