a movie with the awful plot of “romance undermined by the constant misinterpretations of two people who can’t just talk them out” but that’s not really the point of the movie. the pt of the movie is that afrocuban jazz is cool and I thought it made that point well so I liked the movie.

I thought the ending felt right in terms of plot I guess.
I just have never been more infuriated at a fictional dog before and think it is bad that children watch this movie. I do not understand a moral outlook where the sheer patheticness of the protagonist is treated as purely relatable and sympathic and not also disgusting.
