Shōgun 2024
I really enjoyed this adaptation of "Shogun." Although it wasn't as faithful to the book as the 1980 miniseries, it presented a very interesting dual perspective: one from the Japanese viewpoint and the other from Blackthorne's (Western perspective). This adaptation deepened my appreciation for the history and culture of Japan in the 1600s.

It's so rare to find films today with minimal dialogue, a great soundtrack, and scenes that immerse you in the character's environment, allowing you to experience the joy and beauty in routines and everyday things. Also, Japanese public bathrooms are beautiful.
