The Fearless Hyena is the best Jackie Chan film I’ve ever seen although I could not claim to have seen them all—or even a majority. The film opens with what in hindsight I would consider a sort of prologue that is almost forgotten (by me) once the movie gets rolling. The film finds itself in familiar territory.
