Godzilla Was Baptized In The Fire Of The H-Bomb And Survived.

The 'King of the Monsters' is hauntingly powerful in its anti-nuclear metaphor and entertaining in its Kaiju rampage. A somber nightmare of post WWII emotions stays at the forefront of the stomping destruction scenes.

Godzilla itself is a little goofy looking compared to future installments but for a man in a rubber suit it is definitely a strong start of things to come and better than anything else at…

It's Hard To Be Cool, When Your Dad's Goofy.

Disney road trip, coming of age to the extreme movie! Fast paced and colourful with enough heart and 90's extreme here to entertain as well as being throught provoke.

An identifiable movie that captures a lot of the insecurities of being a teenager and the disconnect between father and son is believable leading to neither being wrong.

For a mid card Disney movie, there is good amount of laughs and drama. Kinda, weirdly sexy for a teen style Disney film too. Even Shore is acceptable!

Unique? What's That, Latin For Asshole?

Extremely relatable and hilarious, it also reveals great hurt and truth, as is all comedy. With impeccable chemistry between Martin and Candy and a warm script and direction from Hughes makes this movie a festive treat.

With a truly poignant scene of final awakening and realisation towards the end, the movie pulls on those heart strings in a mature and sympathetic way that hits emotionally home like many other Hughes and 1980s movies.

Little Extra Cheese On The Taco?

Charming, slightly gross out, farce of a romcom, road movie, from the Farrelly's. Carrey performs a glorious parody of 'Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde' in his double act, with 'Hank' heavily inspired by his 'Clint Eastwood' impression.

The plot is something of a MacGuffin to keep Carrey & Zellweger's story afloat but there is enough comedy, especially impressive physical comedy from Carrey, here. Early 2000's familiar Farrelly fare.
