This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I really wish i liked this :( So many plot points it could have gone to. I understand that the movie covered themes relating to labor exploitation and colonization, but I wish they made an effort to connect two themes together. I wish they drew parallels to mickey and the creepers, or maybe explored the concept of overproduction of "mickeys" to as a means to colonize the land they were trying to inhabit. Or since they were also on the topic of "sex encouragement", they could have explored the angle where they produce multiples of mickey to propagate.

Elijah Canlas’s acting is top notch as usual. Romnick has a way of delivering his lines that seem so natural for an english teacher to do.
