  Another very heavy part of DEKALOG, confronting the trauma inflicted by the Holocaust not only on its direct victims but also on the civilians who were living under the Nazi regime and decisions they were forced to make because of that. I liked the use of close-ups, it created a really intimate feeling, but outside of that and the conflict within the plot I didn't connect with this in a significant way at all.
