  Wes Anderson chronological rewatch in anticipation of Asteroid City #5
  
  I had only seen this once before and for some reason had it pegged as "lesser Wes". It's not. In fact it's one of his best. Strikingly beautiful, extremely funny, and really emotionally resonant. It's the whole package draped in saffron.

  I really love Owen Wilson's Francis - almost a reprise of Bottle Rocket's Dignan in his meticulous planning for people who might be better served absent from his plans…
