  I've seen a lot of people go "oh it's not really a horror movie it's more of a crime thriller" with this one and honestly it's a lot worse if you view it that way.

  it's got some good tension and visuals, the performances are good, verging on great, but it fell flat for me once I realized that the titular killer(as well as his extremely obvious accomplise) didn't have any motive beyond a vague gesturing towards "satanism"
